Building: The neighborhood is super quiet, lots of families, wholesome vibe. The gym has a few treadmills, some weights, a little mirrored area for stretching. Laundry room is small but I’ve never had a problem getting a machine. There’s a rec room with a ping pong table, and an office room. Theres a virtual doorman, and two elevators. Huge huge rooftop with tables and benches and stuff, honestly my favorite amenity.

Apartmemt: Dishwasher, bathtub, honestly a really nice size living room. The available bedroom is huge, could comfortably fit a king size bed. The window is the size of the end wall, my guess is it’s like 6 by 6? maybe? Theres a closet that, to me, looks double that of the average closet size. Unfurnished. Central air unit, so you can control the temp how you wish. Living room will look different! Lots of the furniture is my current roommate’s, but i think the couch and TV are staying.

Prices: It’s a year long lease w the chance to renew next year. $1700. First month and security is needed, I already paid the broker two years ago lol so that’s taken care of. Water is included, we only need to pay internet and electricity. Electric ranges from $150 total at the least, and almost $300 total at the most.

About me: I’m almost 27, and I’m home quite often but i love being in my room lol. I’m friendly and pretty chill, looking for someone who is also nice but won’t mind us just doing our own thing. I’m down to occasionally hang out, but there’s also no pressure to have to be like, besties lmao, unless that ends up being the vibe. I like clubbing, art, making things look pretty. Of course I like a clean home, but without having to get on each others asses about it. My GF and I are long distance, so you’d have to be okay with her staying over for long periods of time (5 days to 3 weeks, sometimes). In return though, idc if you wanna have your partner all the time too. Gotta be 420 friendly bc it’s too cold to always go outside to smoke 😅but smoking indoors is usually discouraged bc we get email complaints about it.
