Rent is 1,494.00. Room with private bathroom and large, huge window available in Flatbush for July 2026. The apartment is fully furnished, but the tenant is responsible for furnishing their own bedroom and bathroom. The room could easily fit a queen/twin XL bed, a desk, and then some.

You’ll live with two black female roommates in their mid-late twenties renting out the two other bedrooms. Modern amenities such as laundry, bike room, rooftop, two washers/dryers in the complex, remote controlled wall installed air/heating conditioning in every room, dishwasher in unit. High ceilings, great natural light, super that cleans every week, no history of pest issues.

Utilities are not included. They can range from $100-$150, and internet is $20.

This is a quiet part of Flatbush, residential and proudly full of Caribbean culture. 20 minutes to Park Slope, Brooklyn Public Library, Prospect Park. 25 minutes to Downtown Brooklyn. 40 minutes to Manhattan.

The private room is currently being occupied, and the current tenant is not comfortable with it being shown before move-in, but many photos and a full video is provided, as well as a through walk through of any other space.

For guests, communicating as much beforehand if anyone will be using shared spaces and not staying for more than two weeks. Small unit, but spacious. Like 2-4 people could reasonably commune in common spaces.

This is a no-pets household. However, we allow visitation. Visiting pets are allowed for a maximum of three (3) days. Visiting pets must remain in the occupant’s room. Pet-related items are not permitted in common areas; all such items must be kept in the occupant’s room. Pets are not allowed on any furniture, including couches, kitchen, counters, or dining tables. This privilege may be revoked if these agreements are not followed. Providing notice will be appreciated.

You must make 40x the monthly rent of the individual room. Good credit, or you will be asked to explain. No guarantors allowed.
