My roommate and I are looking for two new roommates interested in living in a 4bed-2bathroom in Flatbush, Brooklyn.

We are looking for women of color aged 22-30 who are able to sign a 12 month lease starting July 1st. We would love someone clean, with no pets, and who is not loud at night

Rent for both rooms - $1,000/month
Utilities (electricity, gas, & wifi) usually total around $50/month

What will be needed to sign -

1st month's rent + Deposit
Proof of income/2 months of Pay stubs/or Employment Verification Letter
Good credit score
Guarantors accepted

We would describe ourselves as chill & relatively quiet. We frequently cook, clean up after ourselves in common areas, host guests often, and love movies.

Our apartment is a rent stabilized with an in unit w/d & dishwasher. The building has an elevator. We are a 12 minute walk from the B/Q & 14 minutes from the 2/5. A 30 minute walk to Prospect Park. The shared spaces (kitchen & living room) are fully furnished; microwave, airfryer, toaster, TV, couches, etc.

Both bedrooms have 1 closet each, and the bathrooms shared with 1 other person. Room #2 comes with an AC window unit.
