$1,000 for room in 3-bedroom, 2nd fl walk-up apartment in Brooklyn. The room has a full size closet and can fit a full size bed and small desk or dresser. The building is 3 blocks away from B/Q Newkirk Plaza station, in the lovely, quiet neighborhood of Ditmas Park. Close to laundry, grocery, pharmacy and restaurants.

It is a shared apartment with a man and woman (not a couple) who are adults in their thirties and it is a quiet and peaceful space. Looking for someone considerate, communicative and clean in the common areas. We prefer someone interested in staying long term but are open to short term as well.
