Hi there! I’m looking to sublet my room in a 2-bed, 1-bath in prime Flatbush!

You’d be living with one roommate (30’s, male). He works remote and is very clean and quiet.

The apartment is south-facing and gets LOTS of natural light. There’s even a balcony to sit out on when the weather’s nice! Dishwasher and separate A/C units included. Management is super responsive, and the building itself is regularly cleaned.

The building is also in a great location! Flatbush has lots of great restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping options all in close proximity—the building’s even within walking distance to Prospect Park!

This is an elevator building with TONS of amenities, including:

Secure package room

Bike storage
Movie theater

Rec room & private rooftop

For transportation, the apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Church Ave 2/5, about 15 minutes from the Church Ave B/Q, and 5 minutes from the B44 SBS. Getting around is truly a breeze!

Rent is $1,500 a month (not including utilities and $15 amenities fee)
The common area comes furnished, though the room itself is not.
Move-in can be anywhere between May 1–June 1. The sublease ends October 31 with possibility to renew.
