Roommate is moving out, and I'm looking for someone to replace her on our joint lease. Not looking to sublease.

LEASE INFO:

• ⁠Lease ends Nov. 2027
• ⁠Rent is ~$1394 (utilities are normally around $100/month so ~$1500/month total), rent stabilized apartment
• ⁠New tenant must provide landlord:
⁠• ⁠Photo ID
⁠• ⁠Proof of income (two of the following):
⁠• 1) ⁠Last year's W-2 or tax return
⁠• 2) ⁠4 most recent pay stubs
⁠• ⁠3) Signed offer letter
⁠• ⁠Two months of bank statements
⁠• ⁠Full credit report (you can request from credit bureaus for free, or she can run a check for a $30 fee.)
