Hi all,

My roommate and I are looking for a third person to take over a lease this month or April 1st. The lease end June 30, 2026 and there’s an option to renew.
It is a master bedroom, in Flatbush 5 mins away from the 2&5 train. Rent is 1175 a month + security deposit. Utilities are not included but our apartment has an in unit washer and dryer, must meet management companies requirements for credit and income or have a guarantor. The building only has two apartments, and our neighbors are very sweet.
