I’m a mental health therapist and work from home a couple days a week. I’m pretty balanced between introvert and extrovert — I recharge in my room a lot, but I also enjoy good conversation, shared dinners sometimes, and a friendly connection at home. I love baking (you’ll likely benefit), keeping common areas clean, and creating a space that feels calm and comfortable.

I sometimes have friends over, and I’m completely open to a more extroverted roommate who enjoys hosting — as long as we communicate openly and are mindful of each other’s space and schedules.

I really value clear communication, emotional maturity, and a low-drama, mutually considerate dynamic. Cleanliness is very important to me. Ideally, you’re someone who’s self-aware, handles things directly and kindly, and wants home to feel like a peaceful reset.
