My name is Lyndsey, and I’m looking for someone to take over the lease for my room in Flatbush starting February until the end of our lease in June. The building is less than a 5 minute walk from the 2 & 5 trains. The Apartment is approx 850 square feet. The room I’m looking to sublet is the largest room. It gets a lot of natural sunlight, has a private bathroom, and a locking door. There is a shared living room and kitchen, with an in unit washer and dryer.
There are two lovely girls who live in the apartment. Both are in their early 20s and are current students. Looking for someone who is preferably female and bipoc!
Requirements are: 40x the rent and a Credit score of 700 or a guarantor who meets this criteria.
