- 6 month sub lease starting jan 1st until july 31st or a lease takeover if you fall in love with the place!
- easily the best landlord we've had. any small issues have all been fixed within a day
- on the second floor next to a deli/flower shop. really laid back neighborhood. we know and trust our neighbors
- no pest issues at all (thank god)
- laundromat is a block away. grocery store is across the street. lots of cafes with really great coffee/matcha. farmer’s market every sunday
- we've been in this apt for a year and a half and absolutely loved it. only moving be we're leaving the city
- lease start date is jan 1st but flexibility with move in date

about you:
- responsible duo or person who can show pay stubs, bank statements, and a 650+ credit score
- respectful of others. the landlord lived in this home and treats it with a lot of love
- available to sign the sublease/lease agreement by december 19
