Approx 8 blocks to the 2/5 @ Flatbush Ave (elevator) and 7 blocks to the B/Q @ Newkirk Ave (no elevator). About 30 mins into Manhattan.

Super spacious, three floors, six bedrooms total, chef’s kitchen, washing machine & dryer, huge outdoor space with edible garden and a wrap around indoor front porch for some afternoon sunbathing.

There are several steps to enter the front entrance of the home and two short flights of steps to the third floor where the bedroom is located. There are two bedrooms located on this floor.

Your room features three windows with lots of afternoon sunlight. High ceilings and hardwood floors. Kitchenette with fridge (no stove, we use a hot plate.) Coffee bar station and deep drawers for storage. Two closets. Shared bathroom.

ABOUT US: My wife and I are F&B consultants & event producers. I’m a trained chef and my partner has worked in the hospitality industry for several years. We live between Brooklyn and Mexico City.
Home is our safe space. We have minimal company over and entertain mostly in our backyard. It is a very spacious home, seeing another housemate on occasion. Overall quiet and chill vibes. Great space if you work or study from home. If you’re looking for a party house or need to have guests over consistently, this isn’t the right space for you. Consideration & kindness makes this home run well.

What we’re looking for: LGBTQ friendly is a must! Responsible, pays rent on time, treats this old home with love & care, very clean, takes initiative without being asked, chips in for house supplies & maintenance, and has great communication skills.
