ASAP Move-in: Sunny room! Apartment off the B/Q

Hello,

We are currently looking for a third roommate for our apartment that we've been living in for about three years now! The apartment is in rent-stabilized building, has an in-unit washer and dryer, and is on the second floor. We're located about 7 minutes away from the Q Beverly road stop and about 10 minutes away from the B/Q Church Ave stop.

The room for rent is one of the smaller rooms in the apartment with a closet and a very sunny window.

My current roommate and I enjoy keeping the house clean and calm and we're looking for the same! We'd hope to have someone who is willing to take turns on cleaning tasks and who is responsible with paying their bills on time. We're a queer household :) My roommate and I are mostly out of the house working during the week and we tend to stay to ourselves in the evening to give each other space to relax during the night!

Some details on pricing:

Pro-rated November Rent: $540 (for move-in date of Monday, 11/17)
Monthly room rent: $1158 (does not include utilities)
Electricity: $50-$200 (higher in summer/winter with heat/AC usage)
WIFI: $38

The earliest move-in date is Monday, November 17 (ASAP). Proof of income required. No security deposit required.

This is a sublet through the end of the lease: March 31, 2026, with the potential to renew for April with a new lease if all is going well. We cannot accommodate short-term sublets.

We have two cats already in the home so we would like to not add any other pets to the apartment at this time.
