Looking to fill a twin sized room in Flatbush/Ditmas Park , four blocks from the B/Q trains at Newkirk Plaza.

$1,250 total , utilizes included.
$500 returnable security deposit

FALL MONTHS (SEPT / OCT / NOV) with the possibility of DEC SUBLET ONLY. My sister is coming to live with me for the rest of the year, so you'll need to be out by Jan 1st at the latest.

Me (Nancy) :
34 yr Old who works as a accountant at an art gallery. I go out to music shows a fair amount but generally throughout the week lead a pretty basic 9am-7pm lifestyle. I do not bring the party home. This apt is *** friendly but please, no hard drugs. I drink a couple beers and would enjoy chit chat while making dinner but mostly I keep to myself and my cat.

Mr. Chili:
6 yrd old sweetheart just looking for the sun. I might say hi a couple of times a day but mostly keep myself and my furries (shedding) in Nancy's room. I love scratches and will slightly drool if you do a good job.

You:
Professional or student. You must have a job or school to keep you in and out of the house. Please no couch potatoes.
Queer/ poc / female friendly.
Willing to do your part in house maintenance i. e. Cleaning.
No cigarette smoking in the house
No new pets (sry!)
