This lovely space in Ditmas Park has been home to me and my senior cat for over two years, and we adore it! You would take over the other bedroom in a two bedroom apartment with us as roommates. The common area is fully furnished with a TV and the kitchen is stocked with cooking supplies. Also equipped with a washer dryer. The spacious bedroom that would be yours comes with two closets and, above those, two storage compartments with sliding doors for easy access and concealment. Your room is sunny, East-facing and bright!

About your room: My current roommate's belongings would be gone, but I wanted to give you a sense of the room. The dimensions can be seen in the blueprint. As you can see, it's conducive to green thumbs if that's your thing!

About me: I'm a teacher, so during the week I'm not in the space. I'm quiet and primarily to myself at home but am also open to doing occasional dinners/wine and movie nights. I don't blast loud music, I do go out regular basis, and I clean on a regular basis too.

About the neighborhood: Nearby, we have many different grocery stores, hardware stores, bars, restaurants, bookstores and novelty shops as well as tree-lined streets and rows of Victorian houses ideal for a stroll.
