I (32, she/her) am an illustrator and software engineer, preferably looking for a female roommate of similar age and temperament. I tend to have a quieter lifestyle and don’t go out frequently. Occasionally I will have friends over for game night or something similarly low-key, which you would be welcome to join if you’d like. I like to keep things clean and would like you to as well, but I do sometimes have clutter, especially when in the midst of a project (I try to restrict it to my spaces).

The landlord requires:
- 2 of: credit score >680, 40x income, or 80x guarantor income

The space:
- 3rd floor walkup
- 2bd 2ba, shared spaces include kitchen (w/ dishwasher), living area, and balcony
- You would have the larger bathroom (also the "public" bathroom when guests are over) and unfurnished room with a closet and large window. My roommate currently has a full bed, desk, bookshelf, and some other small items.
- Shared areas are furnished and decorated but open to discussing changes/if you have things you want to bring.
- My desk is in the living area.
- Building has one washer and dryer, but there are only about ten units so it’s usually not a problem. There are also laundromats nearby.
- Small fitness room as well

Location:
- about 1.5 blocks/<5 min walk to Church Ave Station (2/5)
- 10 min bus / ~15 min walk to other Church Ave Station (B/Q)
- 15-20 min walk to Prospect Park
- About 20 min to Atlantic Center, 45 min to Chelsea/Flatiron, 45 min to Bryant Park by subway

Misc:
- I don’t smoke and would prefer not to have any smoking at home.
- I might consider people with dogs on a case-by-case basis but no cats, sorry :/ (love them, but I'm allergic). No pet fee.
- Rent only includes water - electric (heating/cooling/cooking/power) and internet average ~$120/month
