Room Is 10? 0? x 10? 0? with lofted bed built in and a closet.? Included would be the couch, nightstand, bookshelf, and the mattress (if you desire to keep it).

We are home that is open to all. We only ask that our roomies be respectful, keep common area?s clean, and don?t bring the party home to often (however we do not mind the occasional get together every once and while). We are social but respect everyone?s personal space first and foremost.

Chill vibes, good energy. Please send us some form of social media with pictures! SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY. First month and security deposit of $700.00 required. No pets. Utilities (internet, electricity, gas) are not included in rent, but usually run between $40-50 per month. In the summer, electricity is higher if you run the AC units.
The apartment: Big kitchen and common area, roof access, hardwood floors, 3rd floor walk-up with bike storage in the hallway.
Room: $700./mo. Room will be unfurnished but the AC will be included.
Accessibility: Third Floor with two flights of stairs.

The apartment is walking distance to Cortelyou Road with its farmer's market, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. 15 minute walk from Prospect Park, 2 minute walk from laundromat down the street, lots of grocery stores within walking distance. The Q stop at Beverley Road is a 5 minute walk, F/G at Ft. Hamilton or Church Ave is 10 minutes, B/Q at Church 10 minutes, and several useful buses are less than 5 minutes away (B68, B103, B35, BM3, BM4).
