Conscious Community Collective House in Brooklyn

We have three beautiful rooms available for rent in our giant 9 bedroom Victorian collective house in this incredibly beautiful neighborhood in Brooklyn.

The house itself has a large kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room with washer and dryer, gas fireplace, jacuzzi, and a giant wrap around porch that looks straight out of the south. The rooms are available short term, for 1-3 months, with the possibility of longer term for the right fit.

The 1st room is $1350 a month and is available right away, any day up until November 15th. The room itself is seriously large, like a gigantic studio (over 450 square feet), with the benefit of living in Community with other awesome people in a big beautiful house. It's almost the entire floor. It's on the 3rd floor, and it feels like you're in the trees when you look out the window.

The other room is in our finished and furnished basement. It is $900 also available right away, or November 15th or any day before that and can be fully furnished.

The Neighborhood: Beautiful tree lined block in Ditmas Park, a few blocks from the Q/B train at Newkirk Plaza or Avenue H. 30 minutes to Union Square. One block to the express bus into Manhattan. One stop from Courtelyou Rd, with its restaurants, bars and the Flatbush Food Co-op.

Most of us consider ourselves on some kind of a growth/development or spiritual path and we are looking for others who similarly consider themselves on one as well or value those types of pursuits and are interested in/open to different paths, approaches and practices.

We are looking for artists, musicians, poets, meditators, yogis, students, travelers, teachers, professionals of all kinds and also people who are good communicators and who are generally interested in self discovery, awareness and development.

First month rent, plus one month security is required to move in. Rooms can also be fully furnished.
