Cute, Quiet Furnished 1Br in Williamsburg

Hi! I have a one-bedroom sublease in a 3bed/1 bath available Aug 15. Preferably looking for someone until the end of the year, but am flexible! We are walking distance the Greenpoint, Bushwick, and prime Williamsburg. 10ish min from L and 15-20 min from G depending on how fast you walk. Also close to McCarren, McGolrick, and Cooper Parks.

I'm moving, so the room will be furnished with a small desk, bed, side table, bookshelf, mirrors, and drawers. There is decent natural lighting with two windows and a fire escape to hang out on outside. Hardwood floors, window A/C, shared kitchen and bathroom with one person, laundromat on the block, and a few grocery stores to pic from. Pretty quiet area, but lots of great restaurants, cafes, and event/show venues close by.

About us:
You would be living with a 34F freelance designer and a pug, so please be cool with dogs. We like to keep things clean and both clean about 1x/week, but are pretty chill, and are looking for the same. We like going out to eat, cafes, bakeries, museums, art, traveling, reading, relaxing, movies, going out, etc. and there are some really great spots for this in the area. Typically we like to go out to party and keep our home peaceful. You are welcome to have guests, but it's not ideal for hosting tbh. No smoking
