We're looking for a roommate to join our spacious 4-bedroom apartment in East Williamsburg starting August 1.

The apartment includes:

The previous occupant happily lived in the room for five years, and we're hoping to find someone who's looking for another long-term home.

You'll be living with three roommates (2 gals and 1 guy). We often have different schedules so it rarely feels like we are 4 in the apt. We're all working professionals (Hydroponic Lab, The Strand, Dance Teacher) who are respectful, clean, and value a peaceful home environment. We're looking for someone who is similarly considerate, pays rent on time, and is interested in a stable living situation.
