one of our roommates is moving in with her boyfriend so we are looking for a new person to join our apartment in east williamsburg!

about the room: we have a 2 level home and this room is in the basement and includes a private office space in the basement and private bathroom.

about the apartment: we have a shared living room, shared kitchen, and shared closet/storage space. it is pretty spacious for new york and has high ceilings, as well as a backyard and furnished rooftop! the building has laundry units included. we are near the Montrose (L train) and Flushing Ave (J & M trains) stops.

about us: Kat (31) is a dermatology assistant and Rebeca (29) is a professional cellist! we love exploring our neighborhood together and trying new things (salsa classes, happy hours, concerts) but also have our own busy lives as well! we are looking for someone who would be respectful of our shared living space, as we really love our home and feel lucky to have this little sanctuary in the city 😌
