M29 looking for a roommate in East Williamsburg starting June 1. The apartment is a ground-floor duplex with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms — each bedroom has its own full bathroom. Located within a 5-minute walk of the L, G, and J/M/Z trains. The apartment includes a full kitchen with dishwasher, oven, four-burner stove, and fridge. In-building laundry and gym are located just down the hall from the lower level of the duplex, and additional storage is available to rent. Water is included in rent; wifi, gas, and electric are split monthly. Roof access is free, though only accessible via walk-up.

Monthly rent is $1,925 per person. Pets are not allowed unless approved in writing by building management. There is a $1,500 security deposit due to the outgoing roommate upon signing.
