We are seeking a roommate to join a 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath apartment in East Williamsburg for a lease transfer beginning **7/01/26**. We are looking for someone financially stable, clean, respectful, and aligned with a quieter shared-home environment.
The Apartment
The apartment is located on Graham Avenue in East Williamsburg with convenient access to the **M, J, L, and G trains**, along with the B43 bus directly outside the building. Grocery stores, cafés, laundromats, and several gyms are all within walking distance.

Household Environment
You would be living with two working professionals in a quiet LGBTQ+ household shared by queer people of color. We value cleanliness, communication, privacy, and maintaining a calm atmosphere at home.
This is not a party apartment. We generally keep structured schedules, spend much of our social time outside of the apartment, and prefer a low-traffic, respectful living environment. We are hoping to find someone with a similar lifestyle and approach to shared living.
Rent & Move-In Details
