We are seeking a roommate to join a 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath apartment in East Williamsburg for a lease transfer beginning **7/01/26**. We are looking for someone financially stable, clean, respectful, and aligned with a quieter shared-home environment.

The Apartment

The apartment is located on Graham Avenue in East Williamsburg with convenient access to the **M, J, L, and G trains**, along with the B43 bus directly outside the building. Grocery stores, cafés, laundromats, and several gyms are all within walking distance.

* 3-bedroom / 1.5-bath apartment
* Top-floor unit with good natural light
* No in-unit laundry
* Shared common spaces currently being refreshed and re-furnished over time
* No pets allowed

Household Environment

You would be living with two working professionals in a quiet LGBTQ+ household shared by queer people of color. We value cleanliness, communication, privacy, and maintaining a calm atmosphere at home.

This is not a party apartment. We generally keep structured schedules, spend much of our social time outside of the apartment, and prefer a low-traffic, respectful living environment. We are hoping to find someone with a similar lifestyle and approach to shared living.

Rent & Move-In Details

* One-month security deposit required

Who We’re Looking For

Ideal applicants are:

* Financially stable with verifiable income
* Able to meet landlord credit and application requirements
* Clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces
* Comfortable living in an LGBTQ+ household
* Preferably working outside the home rather than fully remote
* Mindful about guests and noise levels

Student Applicants

Students are welcome to apply; however, a qualified guarantor will be required and must satisfy the landlord’s financial and documentation requirements.

Management Requirements
