Hello! Looking for someone to takeover my half of a lease in east Williamsburg but open to a sublet starting at soon as April 1 and ending August 31. Railroad style apartment on the first floor with lots of light and a private backyard. Minutes to the metropolitan/lorimer L and G and close to the Hewes M and J. Dog friendly. Happy to send pictures and do tours in person or virtually if people are interested! $1950 a month- water included
