The room comes fully furnished with Queen Bed, desk, cubical, armoire and closet that will all be available to use. We can discuss what can be removed based on the items that you are bringing.

The apartment will have 5 total co-tenants with 4 spots filled currently, and we're young (age 28-30) creative professionals, looking for another roommate that’s chill, clean, social, and responsible! We’ve been living here for the last four years and love this space. We're queer, community-focused, and emphasize mutual respect in our home. (must be LGBT friendly/ally). Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
