I have a furnished room available in my two-bedroom apartment, just a 3-minute walk from the L train (Montrose), offering a quick 15-minute ride to the East Village.

The room comes fully furnished with a bed, dresser, and desk. It has a large window with great natural light and a small closet. I’m flexible on timing and open to longer-term stays.

Rent is $1,725/month, all utilities included—electricity, gas, WiFi, etc. A simple agreement will be provided to cover accidental damages, along with a $1,000 security deposit (total move-in cost: $2,825).

A bit about me: I’m a 30-year-old working in the wine industry, originally from California. I typically leave by noon and work until 11PM, five days a week. I use the apartment mostly to study in the mornings and rest at night, so it stays pretty quiet and clean.

I don’t cook much—mostly takeout.

We’ll share a small bathroom and kitchen. I’d like to keep common areas tidy and create a cleaning routine that works for both of us.
