Large furnished room in sunlit apartment

Large furnished bedroom available in a bright 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, duplex in East Williamsburg starting February 1st.

The apartment is on the 4th floor (with elevator) and is about 900sqft with a large kitchen, a small terrace upstairs and lots of light. The additional bedroom is upstairs and mine is downstairs, which gives us a lot of privacy. The only detail is that the bedroom gives onto an open hallway (see pictures) in which my desk is but I usually work from there only a couple times a week and we can sync on that ! (I'm also happy to share it if we work from home on different days). The apt has central AC/heat.
Also the pictures don't show it but the bedroom now has blackout curtains.

The building is a few minutes away from the J/M (Lorimer), G (Broadway) and 8 min from the L (Lorimer or Montrose).
There's a bike storage, small gym and a laundry room in the basement..

Full transparency on amenities and rent:
Rent is $2340 (until july) + security deposit of the same amount (total rent is 4690).
Monthly bills based on the season (split these by 2):
Internet is $50, Gas between $30~100 depending on the time of year, Electricity $90~400 (AC can make it go high in the summer but i'm happy to reduce consumption, I don't use it much in general).
I also use the service of a cleaning person once every 3 weeks ($120-140)

About me: I'm a software engineer in my early 30s. I'm French 🇫🇷. I'm pretty clean and I like keeping the place nice and cozy. I sometimes have people over but not often and I spend about half of the week usually outside after work. I don't usually bring the party home but I host 1 to 2 big events at home every year, and I like going out on weekends from time to time.
I enjoy cooking a bunch and would be happy to make it a shared activity. During the week or weekend I usually go climbing / roller blading / hiking or just go out with friends.

I'm looking for someone around the same age (but not a hard stop), who's laid back and clean-ish ;). I'm happy to hang out in the evenings but I'm also happy to give each other space depending on our work schedule (especially after a long day). Ideally you don't work from home full time so that we can have the apt to ourselves from time to time
