Hey! I’m looking for a roommate to join my two cats and me in my 2-bedroom apartment in East Williamsburg. It’s just one block from the Montrose L and close to the G and J trains.

The room is available November 1-25 so perfect for a short term sublet.

Utilities: usually under $100/month
It’s a third-floor walkup with a laundry spot and grocery store less than a block away, it's a super convenient neighborhood.

This area is amazing! Really close to great bars like Tradesman, Pink Metal, Sleepwalk, and duckduck, plus awesome food nearby, Win Son and Dun-Well Donuts are personal favorites.

About the room:
It faces the backyard so it’s quieter and gets great natural light. There’s a fire escape, and the room will be furnished with a bed and desk.

I have two cats, so unfortunately can’t accommodate other pets. They’re very sweet and social but tend to mind their own business. Couples are welcome, we’d just adjust rent slightly.
