Large bedroom in a three bedroom, duplex apartment with a yard and dog. The apartment has a washer/dryer in unit, two bathrooms (you'd have your own), and a stocked kitchen. The room overlooks the backyard and has a sizable closet. You can keep the rug, desk, bed, bookshelf, and dresser (all pictured) or bring your own.

We keep the apartment very neat/clean but are by no means crazy about strict cleaning schedules, etc. We like the apartment to feel like home, so we don't bring the party out/keep a very chilled vibe.

The apartment has also been fully renovated as of December 2022 with a new bathroom, remodeled kitchen, redone floors, and a full paint job.
