Sunny and spacious room in modern Williamsburg apt

Hi! My roommate and I are looking to fill the third room in our apartment by November 1. It’s modern and spacious, includes its own AC/heating unit, a two-door closet, and tons of natural light.

The rest of the apartment is great too- recently renovated with a dishwasher, microwave, and additional AC/heating unit, large windows, and balcony in the living room. The building has an elevator, gym, laundry room, conference room, parking garage, and rooftop with sofas and tables that everyone can use.

We live less than five minutes from the L (and about 12 mins from the J/M) in a cool neighborhood with lots of supermarkets, bodegas, drugstores, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, etc. right outside.
