Large Bedroom with HUGE Backyard + Common Space

I am looking to fill one large bedroom in a large, spacious 3BD/2BA apartment in East Williamsburg with a large private backyard, with grill, fire pit, smoker, etc. The place has two full bathrooms (one recently renovated), which is awesome. The available bedroom is large enough to fit a queen-sized bed, no problem, with room for other furniture/a work area and it has a closet & storage space.

All the bedrooms are far enough away from each other that we never have issues with noise. The backyard is huge with both a patio and grass area—we use it year-round with a fire pit for when it gets cold. The kitchen is newly renovated as well and has excellent space for cooking and food storage, with a dishwasher, gas stove, an island, granite countertops, ice machine, etc. There's also a large open living space with a couch and a projector. All in all, this is a great apartment that comes at a great price-point.

We're just a few minutes walk from the Grand and Graham L trains, with easy access to Cooper Park, plus a bunch of nearby bars, breweries, and restaurants.

About me: I am a 31 year old male professional, working in music / marketing. We like to keep the apartment very clean and tidy, and are looking for a roommate who value that as well. The other roommate is a 33 year old male professional, working in Manhattan.

Given the amazing backyard and living room, we are definitely open to someone who wants to be social at home. This is not a party house, but having friends over occasionally is not an issue at all. I work regular schedules (along with some nights/weekends), and are looking for a roommate who does as well. Mostly, we am looking for someone who will be a fun and clean roommate to live with.
