Most furniture can be removed if you prefer your own setup. The bed will stay, and the mattress is almost brand new.

I enjoy exploring neighborhood coffee shops and bars/restaurants & outdoor activities (weather permits) including hiking and golfing. I don’t smoke and cook lightly.
