Hi there,

Looking for a roommate to rent my spare bedroom that comes with a small ensuite bathroom (shower+toilet). Each room has a privately controlled modern AC/Heating unit.

The room is furnished but I can still make space (remove the desk etc) IF you have your own stuff etc. however, the bed stays here since the mattress is still almost new

A bit about me: I'm a friendly person/female in my late twenties. I work in finance. I enjoy outdoors such as exploring new places, boat cruising, parks, art galleries, traveling, etc weather permits. I don't smoke or do drugs. I drink socially. if you smoke, you got to do it outside the building.

Utility, internet/TV is to be shared 50/50

One month security deposit required.

I don’t have a pet and I’m looking for a roommate who doesn’t have a PET.
