Seeking Housemate in Brooklyn

Looking for a housemate for a townhouse in Brooklyn. The house has 3 floors, a full kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, large living-room/dining room area, backyard and three bedrooms.?

I live with my partner, his intelligent and respectful 7-year old, and our friendly two year old yorkie. We are a clean and courteous family looking for a compatible housemate. EXPERIENCE working with children or in a health related field are definite pluses. I'm in my late 20s and I run my own professional organizing and cleaning business with a flexible schedule. My partner is in his early 30s and he's an attorney with regular 9 to 5 hours.

? The house is fully furnished.
? The available room is 15 x 8 and has a built in closet. It can comfortably fit a queen size bed and furniture. You?ll be able to pick paint colors for walls and trim (included with a long enough lease). Pictures of the room are posted. The room will be completely empty at time of move in.
? The basement may be used for storage.?
? We have access to a backyard which can be used for BBQing and entertaining. We all just have to maintain the yard.?
? Street parking is available with ease on the block of the house.
? There is a 24 hour laundromat within one block.
? Public Transportation in the area: C train (a block away), J train, B14, B20, B83 Q24 (all within 5 blocks).?
? Your share of rent and utilities is all-inclusive (including wifi). You'd be responsible for half of any cable plan we agree on, though not necessary.?
