I'm looking to reassign my lease until next August. You'd be taking my spot in a shared home. The remaining tenant is 22 and working as a family therapist. She has a cat.

The building has roof access, laundry, and a bike room. Pets are OK.

The room has an east-facing window with good lighting. It's not a very large room, but it has a big closet. You have control over your own AC/heating.

I'm happy to cover application fees and some move-in costs, so let's talk about that.
