Looking for a roommate to fill the second bedroom in my current 2 Bedroom apartment. Room includes a balcony, is unfurnished. Washer dryer in unit. 3rd fl walk up but more than happy to help you move your stuff in!

Apartment is about a 6 minute walk from the 2/5 train at the Flatbush station. Kitchen, living room, bathroom are all shared spaces.

I’m a 30 year old working professional who’s in the office 5-6 days a week.
