Private Top Floor w/ 2 Rooms + Private Half-Bath

Subletting my private top-floor space in East Flatbush from September 1 through March 2027. It’s $1,350/month for one person, or if you have a friend and want to take both rooms, it’s $1,600/month total for two people. Utilities are included.

I’m only leaving because I’m moving to a different city to live with my partner. I honestly really liked living here and thought it was a pretty cheap find for how much space, privacy and storage I had.

The upstairs has two rooms, so there’s a lot of space for one person, or it works really well for two friends who want to live together. It’s part of a shared apartment, but you basically have the top floor to yourselves. There are 2 quiet roommates downstairs, so it feels really private. I pretty much only went downstairs to cook and shower.

The upstairs also has its own private half bathroom with a toilet and sink, lots of windows and natural light, and a ton of storage. Most of the walls have built-in shelving behind sliding doors, so you can store clothes, shoes, bags and pretty much anything else and then close the doors to keep everything put away.

The kitchen and shower are shared downstairs.

It’s about a 7 minute walk to the 2/5 trains and there’s a B44 bus stop right outside. There are also bars and restaurants within walking distance and the area is pretty chill.

$1,350/month for one person, utilities included
$1,600/month total for two people, utilities included
