Room in duplex apartment. Comfortably fits a queen sized bed, and has large windows. Half closet inside the room and storage space outside. Shared bathroom with 1 other roommate. ALL GIRLS APARTMENT.

Utilities include hot water, electricity and gas.

Comes furnished or non-furnished. All furniture in the existing room can be purchased for a minimal cost (under $150). You can keep the furniture after you move out. DM me for exact price breakdown.

Monthly utilities: range from $85-$160 (avg: $120)

UTILITIES MUST BE PAID LATEST BY THE 24TH OF EACH MONTH. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting your deposit.

There are 5 rooms total. It is a 4th floor walk up. Duplex apartment. You will share the bathroom with 1 other person. It is a pet friendly apartment. One tenant has a small dog and the other tenant has 2 cats. Cats do not leave their room. Dog only leaves for walks. All roommates are cordial. The girl you will share the bathroom with is very friendly and works long hours, so she is not home much. DM if you have any more questions. :)
