The apartment is located close to the 2/5 Church Ave stop, grocery stores, coffee shops, gyms, bars and delicious Carribbean restaurants. The building has laundry downstairs and an accessible roof.
The room available is smaller of the two but faces great views and is next to our shared balcony. It’s super quiet and doesn’t face street traffic.
