My name is Natalie. I’m moving out at the end of September-Beginning of October. My room will be available. It’s about 85-90 square ft. This is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in East Flatbush.
I’m looking for someone to take over my lease. Which is up in May 2027 and you will have the option to renew for another year at that time. You will be living with 2 female roommates. You’ll need first months rent and security of $500. Rent is $1250 per month. Water and gas are included. You’ll only pay for WiFi and electricity, which is split between 3 people. The building has a rooftop, movie theater room, laundry, and gym all included in the rent.
Females only for this apartment. You’ll need a credit score of 700 or higher. Must be clean and pays rent on time. No pets and no smoking.
