Ideal for someone who values space and privacy

🏡 About the Apartment:

Shared with 3 chill, respectful women (ages 23–60 – all family)

Clean, quiet, and drama-free environment

Small dog and one cat live here too – both very friendly!

Kitchen and bathroom are shared

You’ll have an empty cabinet in the kitchen to store your own dishes, food, and essentials

💡 House Rules & Vibe:

Looking for a clean, responsible, and respectful roommate

Female preferred

No smoking or drinking in the apartment

Guests are welcome with a heads-up and mutual respect for everyone’s space

📅 Availability:

Room is available August 20th

No security deposit required

Flexible on length of stay, but ideally looking for someone longer-term
