Unfortunately my roommate moved out on me without any notice and I am looking for a roommate. I live in Flatbush,
the apartment is located near the 2,5 train just one block away. There are plenty of grocery stores right outside. The room can fit a queen bed and has a closet. The apartment includes heat and water and has central air! We also have a boiler in the apartment so you never run out of hot water!
I have a cat, so I would like to live with someone who likes animals. So if you also have one that wouldn’t be a problem!! Electric and wifi are the only things not included. I just moved in about a month ago so I am not fully settled in as I work a lot and don’t have much time. I am very clean person so I would like to live with someone who is the same way! Guests are okay since my boyfriend does come over I wouldn’t want to stop my roommate from allow to use any of the space! The kitchen has all the amenities for your use!
