Building: Elevator building with laundry in basement. Building is set off the street with a well-lit, tree-lined courtyard. Less than 2 blocks away from coffee shops, restaurants, drop-off laundry, nail salon, grocery, specialty health food, wine, beauty supply and hardware stores.

Apartment: One bathroom, hardwood floors, renovated kitchen and large living/dining room.

Us: Two friends looking to rent out the third room. We work weekdays and occasional late nights in accounting and media. We keep the common area clean and are looking for someone who will do the same. We're not big party animals but often share a bottle and hang out.

You: Looking for someone who is clean and responsible. We don't care if you're in a relationship etc. but we do only have one bathroom/shower sooo...basically just looking for someone who is respectful. Must be LGBTQ+ friendly.
