1 bedroom sublet available

I?m looking for one person to sublet a room in my 3 bedroom apartment while I?m periodically traveling to Europe. The other person in the other bedroom is a family member on the opposite side of the apartment. He mostly keeps to himself in his room. I am a 32 female, native New Yorker. I will be back every so often. You will mostly share the apartment with one other person.

Room for sublet:
Move in October 1st through January 31st, 2020. Potential to move in earlier or extend beyond this time.

Room is 11ft by 11ft 10in. Sheets will be changed completely.

$1,125 includes WiFi, utilities, washer, and dryer in the apartment, dishwasher, cleaning services, and split AC/Heat unit in the room.

To move in: $1,125 security deposit, and 1st months rent.

Fully furnished with a TV. If you don?t need the TV then it can be removed.

Room is located at back of apartment, and is fairly quiet.

Preferable no smoking in the apartment or room. Room has direct access to fire escape in the room. Can smoke out there.

No pets. No couples
Guests and overnight guests are welcome!

Only 2 years old. Fully renovated. Feel inspired by plenty of natural light from 2 skylights in the living room. Exposed brick throughout the entire apartment.

3 min walk to Church Ave 2,5 train
12 min walk to Church Ave B, Q,
10-12 min walk to Prospect Park
13 min walk to funky PLG cafe
Whatever you need is a short walk from the apartment(supermarkets, pharmacies, etc..)
