A 2-room space in a 2BR apartment in Dyker Heights (Brooklyn) with 2 cute cats is available for a sublease November 1-13.

You don't have to take care of cats.

This may be a great place for a holiday getaway or for someone who is just moving into the city.

Very safe, shopping area, lots of Asian food, N train 5 blocks away, fresh groceries 24-hour store a block away, laundromat half a block away. It is an extension of Brooklyn China Town.
$570 for the entire period+$325 security deposit, utilities included.

You will have a small bedroom and a big personal living room with a TV all to yourself (and the kitties). There is an option for a discounted sublet if you take care of the cats.

The roommate will be taking care of the kitties but the cats like to hang out in my rooms you'll be subletting. So you must love cats :)
