A nicely lit, cute large room with a desk, internet, comfy queen size bed, closet, and a dresser is available now -Jan22 for the right person. Female preferred. There is a little wiggle room for dates and you can move in for the entire January if that is better for you.

You are welcome to carefully use my microwave, blender, and kitchenware.

5 min to N train Fort Hamilton subway stop, next to a park and a few supermarkets. Chase bank, CVS, Rite Aid are also within a few blocks. Laundry is half a block away. The area is very quiet, across the street from park. Lots of Asian restaurants.

It's a 4th floor walkup. The window faces the backyard.

The place is at 67th st and Fort Hamilton pkwy.

You will be sharing the apartment with a filmmaker who mostly works from home. Smoozhka is a 2 y. o. adorable kitty and Sadie is 2 mo. o.

I request $330/week+$500 security deposit.
