Very cute furnished room in a 2BR apt from June 1

A nicely lit, cute large room with a desk, internet, comfy queen size bed, closet, and a dresser is available from June 1 for the right person. Female preferred.

There are 2 cats in the apartment :)

You are welcome to carefully use my microwave and kitchenware.

5 min to N train Fort Hamilton subway stop, next to a park and a few supermarkets. Chase bank, CVS, Rite Aid are also within a few blocks. Laundry is half a block away. The area is very quiet, across the street from park. Lots of Asian restaurants.

It's a 4th floor walkup. The window faces backyard.

The place is at 67th st and Fort Hamilton pkwy.

You will be sharing the apartment with a filmmaker who mostly works from home. Smoozhka is a 2 .5 y. o. adorable kitty and Sadie is 7 mo. o. Sometimes they run around playing, so you must love cats :)

The utilities are around $75/mo and I prefer to just add them to rent. If you use an A/C and the bill grows, I’ll ask you to please pay the difference.
