- The lease and roommate agreement will be notarized (the total is $24 but the other half is covered by the landlord, so you only pay $12)
- Looking for tenants who are communicative and respectful, as the common areas are shared (kitchen, living room, and private balcony) - a formal roommate agreement will be written to ensure that everyone can contribute
- Responsible for utilities, i. e., hot water, electricity, and gas (Split among 3 tenants)
- No pets
- No large gym equipment/instruments
- No smoking or vaping or recreational drugs
- No grilling or clothes hanging on the private balcony
- Must maintain property as-is, meaning no permanent alterations (such as drilling)
- Upon signing the lease, will require the first month’s rent + security deposit of one month’s rent
