I am seeking a potential renter to take over my room in a 2 bedroom apartment in Dyker Heights beginning July 1st. The room is sun drenched (two full windows) and can be rented furnished or unfurnished. I am happy to take reasonable offers for the queen size bed, window AC unit, and two stackable dressers. Vertical double closet is spacious.
The apartment is a two-story walk-up on a mansion filled street in Dyker Heights. A 1-minute walk gets you to the B1/B64 bus stop. There is PLENTY of free street parking. Ample food establishments, grocery stores, laundromats, and parks within walking distance.
The second bedroom is rented by a laid back hardworking man (29 years old) who spends most of his evenings in hospitality jobs.
Apartment comes fully furnished in the living areas, plenty of cookware and dishes, Fios cable and internet (85.00 per month per person), and plenty of closet space. Free heat and hot water.
If you would like to view the room, please contact me via email or text. I am available to show the room most weekdays after 4 p. m. and on weekends.
