And the R and (express) D train are near by in opposite directions.
There?s a beautiful park across the street from the house. A great bagel store (best iced coffees), a pizzeria and a deli on the corner of the house.
Supermarket, Walgreens and rite aid are a block away.
The cross streets are 86th and 14th Ave.
First floor apartment.
Room (as you can see) can fit a full bed, a desk and a dresser nicely. (This room is going to be unfurnished) and has nice closet space. As well as closet space shared in the living room.
You would need first month and one month security to move in. ($1600)
Some type of proof you can keep up with monthly rent.
