1,000 sq foot loft in Dumbo on 6th floor. 2 BR, 1 BA with elevator and laundry in the building.
Location:
1 block from F, 3 blocks from A/C. 4 blocks from waterfront park.

Cost:
Rent, utilities, wifi and 2x monthly cleaning is $2030/pp. This is a rent stabilized lease so all expenses are equal and transparent. I calculate utilities on an annual basis and adjust my roommate's rent as applicable.

About me:
I've lived in this loft and in this community for 23 years. I'm a food safety professional who works on site 4 days a week, 1 day remotely. My job is very social, and my apartment is my space to recharge my (introverted) battery. I cook or meal prep 2x weekly, have quiet hobbies; reading, plants, art, crafts. I eat mostly veggie, rarely drink and don’t smoke. Delightfully boring!
I'm involved in a lot of local activities and orgs on weekends.
I work in public health so it's important to me to keep shared spaces tidy. Good hygiene, taking out trash and cleaning dishes promptly helps keep us all healthier and less stressed.

I'm a grown up (49 y. o.) lady looking for a similar personality to share my home, allowing us both to afford the benefits of living in NYC.

Deal breakers:
The Manhattan Bridge is next door, so must be noise tolerant.
Must love cats! My two orange boys love people.
