Hi there! Lovely to e-meet you. Long term roommate is moving out sadly. This room has its own easy bookshelf murphy bed (queen), desk and chair, stool, wall hooks, closet, and private full bath across the hall. A/C and W/D in-unit. Free wifi and basic cable. Penthouse apartment with elevator to floor and landscaped communal roof deck one floor up.

Right next to Lifetime, Equinox, Solidcore, etc. the F, A/C trains and Ferry, 10 min walk to 2/3, not far from several other trains.

Timeline is a bit flexible! 4 month minimum. Open to pied-a-terre users or full time occupants (we are a couple- F: 35, M 37). All you need is bedding - the kitchen and living area are fully furnished and stocked with all of the cooking needs you could want.
